Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control on over 1,400 machines and servers, workstations, laptops and the occasional mobile device across 50+ clients. It is our #1 go-to tool for remote-support and assisting our customers. We are an MSP and ConnectWise Control has been essential to our growth and has enabled us to connect with clients' computers and servers with absolute ease. A lot of additional features and add-ons have been excellent as well.
Pros
- Value - for the price paid the features are unbeatable!!
- Ease of use - a child can use it!
- Scalability - easily scales from 10 machines to thousands
Cons
- I would like the option to remove unused portions of the program(s). Things such as SSO, AD integration and the like are great to have, but if unused just create clutter and extra space
- More extensions. Get developers more interested in making third-party integrations
- CW Control has saved us thousands in time and travel. We no longer need to go to a client site if remote access is functioning.
- We can have our 5 techs all working on 2-3 issues at once with CW Control, and this lets us get the best return on our employee investments
- CW Control has enabled us to live up to our business model of customer first. With our quick connections and easy to use software we can help customers in a manner unlike we ever have before.
- The cost of CW Control has paid us back 10-fold over the 2 years since implementation

Yes - I have reported suspected bugs and feature requests to CW Control's support team and they have been excellent in handling both. They are receptive to community input and responsive to issues/concerns
When we joined the beta test group and UUXux discussions with the dev teams at CW Control we were given a behind the scenes pass to access the developers and ask questions, provide feedback and discuss features as well as future releases of Screenconnect. Excellent customer engagement and responsiveness to our wants & needs!!
