Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use it for remote access. It is being used by the IT dept. for the whole organization—for the users who are not on site all the time, at remote offices or locations or on the road. It makes it quick and easy to access user computers; we can help them better, faster, easier.
- Super fast!
- Lean, not bloated software.
- Easy on computer resources.
- Admin dashboard settings user interface and options can definitely use a ease of facelift and features.
- Features I would suggest is adding an option to add a limited access user who can only access certain computers.
- Ability to share have the user screen with someone via email. Like a user can just right click on the icon from lower right, if they are given that option from Admin either for the user or for the computer, to share their screen with some else for screen sharing purpose only.
- Saves time.
- Doesn't slow down client computer when connected.
- Easy to use, not a hog or bogged down software.
LogMein, RAdmin, TeamViewer. I replaced the majority of LogMeIn because it was getting expensive and bloated.
