Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We currently use ConnectWise Control to support end users inside and outside of the company walls. It helps us provide quick and easy support to a wide range of users of different experience levels.
- It is easy to set up. It sets up quickly.
- The toolset within the product is great. I can transfer files quickly. I can reduce the quality of the remote screen to speed up the session on a slow link.
- I like the ability to control the user security. I can restrict what sessions each login can see.
- I have not found any missing features yet.
- Because the tool is so easy to use and quick to set up, it makes the support people very efficient. That has a positive impact on our ROI.
ConnectWise Control is at feature parity with all of the other tools.
