Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
[It's] Used by the entire IT department to help resolve issues by connecting to users to see what they see and also take control of user's PC to resolve the issue.
- Connect to use PC
- Allow you to search and find a PC by user ID
- Control a user's PC
- If you close out incorrectly it turns off the service on the PC and you cannot re-connect
- Interface is clunky
- Saves travel time to remote locations
- Save time on phone of user describing what they see
- Allows you to record what was done in session
