Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

[It's] Used by the entire IT department to help resolve issues by connecting to users to see what they see and also take control of user's PC to resolve the issue.

Pros

  • Connect to use PC
  • Allow you to search and find a PC by user ID
  • Control a user's PC

Cons

  • If you close out incorrectly it turns off the service on the PC and you cannot re-connect
  • Interface is clunky
  • Saves travel time to remote locations
  • Save time on phone of user describing what they see
  • Allows you to record what was done in session
Best suited for smaller IT teams on a budget that need to connect to remote users.
