Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise throughout the company we support. It makes it a lot easier to connect to computers at our offices which are between 10 to 40 miles away. I would recommend ConnectWise to anybody outside our company. I even use their cloud services for my home use to help out friends and family remotely.

- The ability to wake laptop from sleep mode better
- Able to get tickets done in a more efficient manner remotely
- Able to get files out to computers that need them

The pricing was better along with the experience. Logmein had monthly charges where ConnectWise could pay a one time fee for the amount of technicians we need connected at one time.
