Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ConnectWise throughout the company we support. It makes it a lot easier to connect to computers at our offices which are between 10 to 40 miles away. I would recommend ConnectWise to anybody outside our company. I even use their cloud services for my home use to help out friends and family remotely.

Pros

  • Ability to remote control computers at various locations
  • Ability to send files like installs
  • The ability to chat with users through text

Cons

  • The ability to wake laptop from sleep mode better
  • Able to get tickets done in a more efficient manner remotely
  • Able to get files out to computers that need them
  • The ability to chat with users
The pricing was better along with the experience. Logmein had monthly charges where ConnectWise could pay a one time fee for the amount of technicians we need connected at one time.
Is best suited for enterprises of 50 or more computers. This gives it a central base to be able to remotely help users without having to drive long distances.
