Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Used by assigned users across our organization for remote troubleshooting and implementation purposes.

Pros

  • Antivirus/PC protection friendly.
  • Fast loading.
  • Multi-screen capable.

Cons

  • Admin page management refinement.
  • Grouping of sessions is quite difficult.
  • Saves time by not commuting.
  • Faster billing.
  • Quick customer issue resolution.
Centralized management by ConnectWis gives us control of session creation on the fly. That is very helpful for us.
Overall easy to use and reliable! It is well suited for any organization that has the need for remote connections to machines.
