Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We have used it to assist a client with their marketing efforts since they were already using it. It was used as a CRM.
- I didn't really think it was very user friendly
- I prefer HubSpot

There is no real comparison, I find that Constant Contact does not have the same user-friendly interface as HubSpot. We used HubSpot and it's awesome. It has every tool we need for an all-encompassing sales and marketing software that will help deliver the results our clients are looking for.
