Overall Satisfaction with Copper
I have not fully utilized all of the capabilities of Copper, but what I do use it for I appreciate. Mostly keeping track of my contacts, listing items in my calendar, and keeping track of who has opened my emails.
Pros
- Lets me know when someone has opened my email,.
- Lets me know the information of people who have emailed me, even if they are not in my contacts yet.
- Keeping track of my proposals.
Cons
- Although it does tell me when someone has looked at the email I can't tell if any of the opened notifications are from me checking.
- I don't that there have been any positive or negative ROI but will keep it.
