Overall Satisfaction with Copper

I have not fully utilized all of the capabilities of Copper, but what I do use it for I appreciate. Mostly keeping track of my contacts, listing items in my calendar, and keeping track of who has opened my emails.

Pros

  • Lets me know when someone has opened my email,.
  • Lets me know the information of people who have emailed me, even if they are not in my contacts yet.
  • Keeping track of my proposals.

Cons

  • Although it does tell me when someone has looked at the email I can't tell if any of the opened notifications are from me checking.
  • I don't that there have been any positive or negative ROI but will keep it.
I like that Copper opens up for me when I open my email account is very useful. I can just click on the logo and the website opens up. Everything is relatively easy to find on the website and I don't have any complaints about this.
This Copper is much more user-friendly and a little bit more up to date, although I haven't been on the Insightly website for a while, so for all I know, they have made themselves more competitive.
