Overall Satisfaction with Copper
Copper has been my CRM for years. It does everything necessary to keep track of client interactions and all the data I need to remember. It also integrates seamlessly with Gmail, so it pulls all the information I want about clients and prospects straight into the CRM, so I typically don't have to hunt for details that are already available.
Pros
- Tracking client interactions via email.
- Automatically populating data.
- Grouping and batch emailing client groups.
Cons
- Automated outreach workflows are not easy like Reply.io.
- Some features are unnecessary for my use case and can't be hidden.
- Batch emailing is only in higher tier plans.
- Staying top of mind has brought additional sales multiple times. Copper helps me keep track of that.
- Insightly and HubSpot CRM
Copper is just better implemented and user-centric. HubSpot kind of feels like old Windows versus new Mac. Insightly was good, but the Gmail integration and features lagged a little.
