Overall Satisfaction with Copper
Copper is used as a database for our contact information and relationships with customers and new leads. It can be helpful for creating new, filtered mailing lists about specific events. Given the customizable fields Copper allows, I think there is a lot of room for improvement in the reporting features and the Leads/filtering workflows.
Pros
- Customizable fields.
- Interaction visibility.
- User interface design.
Cons
- Reporting (inclusion of more custom fields).
- Leads workflow (once made into a Contact, they should still be trackable as having once been a Lead).
- Filtering (allowing for better customization of fields to include and exclude at the same time).
- It's been helpful to have another place to track customer interactions, maintaining consistency and preventing redundant outreach.
