Overall Satisfaction with Coupa
We use Coupa for creating PO's, processing invoices and expense reports. The software is used mainly for the procurement team to create PO's and by our A/P team to process invoices as well as other departments in the company to document purchases with company cards and have them approved by all relevant parties.
Pros
- Invoice processing automation
- Flexibility in PO format
- Many ways in allowing for processing invoices with discrepancies.
Cons
- Full invoice processing automation with AI components to be able to learn how to process invoices with discrepancies
- Hard to be able to modify to company needs.
- Found some issues with non-standard data integrations
- Automate manual processes
- Save time/effort by putting everything in one place
- Allow for all approvals to be done in one place

Using Coupa
Purchasing department uses it for PO creation and expense report processing, A/P uses it for invoice processing, Employees use it for expense report submissions.
1 - There is an admin that oversees any issues that come up or any errors that occur. Regular users don't need any special training. Coupa is pretty straight forward in terms of simple tasks like invoice processing, expense report submissoons, etc.

Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - The interface is customizable for personal preference/use case.
Unfortunately i'm not aware of any.

Yes - It depends on the bug. Sometimes they answer right away other times they just dismiss the request. I've had totally different experiences with other software.
