Overall Satisfaction with Critical Mention
Critical Mention is a great platform to obtain media lists and coverage pertaining to your client. It is also a great tool to get impressions and UVM numbers.
Pros
- Has an extensive list of outlets
- Easy to find contacts
- Great for coverage pulling
Cons
- Updated database
- Cision does pull all coverage. Usually I need to go and do an extensive google search
- Ability to pitch more stories to a wider range of outlets
- Have the ability to plan out stories far in advance
Critical mention has a more extensive list and the customer service is great.
