Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass

My company uses CrowdCompass for our annual company client conference. We use it in lieu of an agenda booklet and it goes above and beyond just replacing that. It allows us to be interactive with our attendees, gathers feedback from them on sessions and events, notifies them directly of event changes, connects them with other attendees, and so much more.
  • Connects users with one another. You can easily contact and send a message to network with another user and schedule meetings.
  • Gives you the ability to contact and reach all of your attendees with important updates and information via push notifications.
  • Allows you to gather critical feedback on your events via live polls and surveys. What worked well, what didn't, to make informed decisions on how to optimize future events.
  • I think the design and color schemes can be more unique and updated.
  • More reporting metrics.
  • Given us the ability to gather leads from attendees which result in new business.
  • Given us the ability to gather important survey data which result in shaping our program every year so that it is more successful than the last, which makes more attendees want to come.
  • Makes it easier to update event information in real time so we don't have to re-print agendas and information when things change last minute.
We have only ever used Crowdcompass because we've been an avid user of Cvent Registration Management. We've never had to look into other products similar to Crowdcompass because it meets all of our needs and integrates smoothly with our Cvent solutions, making it easy to use and unnecessary to switch.
Crowdcompass is well suited for all types of events, especially those with a large number of attendees so you can easily connect with them. It can be used for events with sponsors or smaller events without sponsors or exhibitors. It is less appropriate for small meetings, where the group can more easily connect with one another.
