Overall Satisfaction with CrowdCompass
The Meeting & Incentive department uses Crowd Compass for client events that we manage. We encourage our clients to use this tool to enable their attendees to have a more engaging experience. This tool also gives our clients more data to work with to determine the success of their event.
- Easy user interface, anyone can use it.
- Set-up on the back-end isn't complicated.
- Allow for more customization in the menu screen.
- More detailed reporting; custom reporting.
- Aventri (formerly etouches)
We currently use both. Both products are similar in the way we need to use them. The reason for using both is for the two different registration platforms they each are connected with.

CrowdCompass has worked well at all of our events ranging from tradeshows to corporate incentive trips. Using this adds much more to an event allowing attendees to feel more connected to those around them and get the most out of everything there. It is also great to be able to send mass notifications to a group of people to quickly get them to complete an action or share feedback.
