Overall Satisfaction with Customer.io

We use Customer.io to handle email marketing automation, in-app messaging, as well as lite CRM duties. We also use it to sync data back to ad platforms, as well as our application itself. It enables us to better engage with current customers and provide value - as well as a path to revenue.

Easy to build drag and drop email campaigns. In-app messaging needs a bit of work but has been improving.
