Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
At EVMS, the special events team, communications team, and Development team all used the system. My team, development, used it for newsletters and to manage large events.
- Provides nice templates
- Manages RSVPS
- Reporting after events/newsletters. Has great reporting options.
- It's easy for others to go in and change your contacts. That happened a couple of times and we had to manually go in and fix all of our contacts.
- Need more up to date training
- Allows an easy way to create an newsletter, easy for us to connect w alumni
At my current job we use Constant Contact and now switching to iModules. At my previous job we used Cvent because our event team did. It's an easy platform to monitor events and send our communications.
