Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
Cvent is being used by our organization as a whole. The client services team uses Flex to design and Business Management uses Cvent Sourcing.
- Cvent has great customer service. You never feel alone when there are issues.
- Cvent has great marketing tools: email and phone calls from Account Executives.
- Cvent is savvy with technology and the times. Experience Cvent Connect was great in regards to putting on a show for event planners.
- I personally wish Flex was more like Wix. There are a lot of basic tools missing: Resizing, dragging items on top of each other, etc.
- Sometimes Cvent leaves big cases open. I have had a few cases open for months with no solution.
- I believe Cvent has helped with our business objectives, but may not be a direct factor. We have repeat clientele, and this would not necessarily be affected by the platform. However, this is a case where the mobile application may be taken advantage of, increasing return.
Certain was our previous platform, and it was not a great experience. There were technological issues and websites would stop working.
