Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

It is being used across the whole organization. Corporate is able to review budgets at a glance.
  • Customize to our branding.
  • Reporting.
  • Ease for attendees to register.
  • Flexible to allow attendees to upload a photo.
  • Sometimes the widgets are hard to customize or find.
  • That is something we are still researching.
We were mandated to start using Cvent. We like the customizing aspect of the product.
It works well for our events. We are able to submit our final budget numbers for corporate to review across the board. We love the reporting that comes from Cvent. The click-through is very beneficial for our teams to see where the interest lies for follow up calls. The CrowdCompass API is super helpful in creating event apps.
