Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

I use Cvent Event Management for multiple purposes in managing our client's meetings. I use it to search hotel venues and send out RFPs to the hotels that would be good match for a meeting. I use Cvent Registration to manage attendee registrations for a conference.

  • The user interface to create event website & registration could be more intuitive
  • It saves so much time for venue sourcing
  • Easy to manage attendee communication
When it comes to the basic overall usability it is great for venue sourcing. However, it is quite cumbersome in creating an event registration website. But they do offer many training options and they have great support.

I have been in the meeting planning business for 20 years, prior to Cvent being available. Cvent Event Management has saved us so much time by collecting and consolidating all hotels' information. It is a one stop service that use to take us hours upon hours to search for appropriate hotels.
