Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We are using Cvent as our single source of truth for all event data. We're a large organization with over 400 employees and we're producing over 600 global events annually, with thousands more at the local and regional level. Cvent is critical to creating data consistency and clearly defined parameters that everyone in the organization must follow.

Cvent has made quite a few improvements over the last few years that have significantly improved the simplicity, ease of use, and general layout/look of the tool. There's good search functionality across the account and now also at the event level.

I think Cvent works well for small organization as well as large. There are some small improvements that could be made to the large scale portfolio level cross-event reporting capabilities but I know that Cvent is working on these. The biggest win for us has been implementation and utilization of the meeting request forms.
