Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We run credit reporting & monitoring on our largest customers. Due to our business model and SOX controls, it is not necessary we use all the functionality that D&B Finance Analytics offers.
Pros
- Intuitive interface, to run reports and monitor your portfolio
- Easy to check utilization against contractual limits
- Ability to upload aging details into the tool to determine how much revenue is 'at risk'
Cons
- Some screens require more clicks than should be necessary to access full portfolio details
- Downloading credit reports takes longer than it should
- Always looking for more payment experiences and financial info on the reports themselves
- We don't utilize all the tools available but D&B FA does everything that we need (and more) to meet audit requirements
Cannot speak to the competition - been a long time since we used anything but D&B
