Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers

I really enjoy the product and find that it is very efficient compared to other products on the market. Our Sales team is the primary user.
  • developing lists of prospects
  • identifying companies in a geographical area
  • finding decision makers contact information
  • the bombora product is effectively useless for us.
  • should be able to save filtered settings in a search so that each time the user does not have to go through and individually select things like industries every time they want to navigate a new search
  • email accuracy is only about 70%
  • decreased time spent searching for qualified leads
  • increased accuracy of identifying decision makers
  • increased ability to effectively contact decision makers
yes the product does provide the needed data. the ability to search by geography from state, city, zip, or nationwide is helpful. the ability to filter industries in very beneficial as well.
yes D&B Hoovers does offer the contact data needed in about 60% of the searches made. often times an email is not available and only thing provided is the headquarters phone number.
