Overall Satisfaction with D&B Hoovers
The main challenge our business has had with D&B Hoovers is the fact that it doesn't integrate with our current CRM system. This makes it a bit more difficult but not impossible to work with. The primary users of D&B Hoovers at our organization is the business development team. Each associate uses this software to search for key contacts in the businesses we are prospecting.

- Making it integrate with most or all CRMs
- Making it more cost friendly
- Providing constant updates on the contacts as people move around
- It has had a positive impact on our sales team
- It has minimized our prospecting time
- We have been awarded more contracts due to the help of D&B Hoovers
Honestly, because of our satisfaction with D&B Hoovers we have not actively looked into other alternatives in the last 8 years. We selected it originally because of the price, reputation, and we had a client using it at the time that recommended it.
