DameWare Remote Support is used from one main office to provide technical support locally and to other remote locations about the state.
Pros
- Ability to correct technical issues without having to physically travel to remote locations.
- Ability to see what is up/down.
- Ability to push updates and patches.
Cons
- Hard to provide aspects for improvement...
- Better up-time for 24x7 clients is the primary function of the product.
- Use of the product allows for reduced technical support costs.
It's a good product and will continue to support use of the application.
