Overall Satisfaction with DameWare Remote Support

DameWare Remote Support is used from one main office to provide technical support locally and to other remote locations about the state.

Pros

  • Ability to correct technical issues without having to physically travel to remote locations.
  • Ability to see what is up/down.
  • Ability to push updates and patches.

Cons

  • Hard to provide aspects for improvement...
  • Better up-time for 24x7 clients is the primary function of the product.
  • Use of the product allows for reduced technical support costs.
It's a good product and will continue to support use of the application.
The program takes a few minutes for a technician to get their arms around the program, but after a bit, few would want to work without the product or something similar.
