Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion Secure Email
Financial information is sensitive and we deal with many clients and businesses and there is a need to keep data secure and ensure only people with authorization can access data. This is why we use DataMotion Secure Email cross all department. The software offers an easy way to encrypt emails and files without having to code. This therefore means we can send financial information securely to our clients and within the organization without compromising our existing data privacy regulations.
Pros
- Encryption is easy and requires no coding
- The UI is amazing
- Highly level encryption thereby keeping files and emails secure
- The software is relatively affordable compared to competitors.
- Supports Outlook among other email platforms
Cons
- Sometimes it lags especially when typing new email or when typing email addresses. I don't know what causes this
- One of our business objectives is to ensure data/information confidentiality and this software offers that
- With high encryption capabilities, we have never had clients complaining of data privacy as we always send encrypted emails that only them can access.
- The software has met our needs
Compared to some of its competitors, I would say DataMotion Secure Email stands out thanks to its affordability, ease of deployment and using it is also easy. It also offers high level of encryption which is what many business are looking for when deploying such a software.
