Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We use DataMotion SecureMail to send out sensitive and secure patient information to other healthcare providers. This is the only way that any information is sent out in our office and it helps us protect our patients form HIPAA breaches.

Pros

  • Secures all information in the email
  • Allows easy transfer of x-rays
  • Stores previously sent emails

Cons

  • Has trouble keeping us logged in
  • Wish more companies used it
  • Increased efficiency

Any medical facility that needs a secure way to send protected health information should give this service a try.

DataMotion Support

The product has been very reliable and we have not needed to call support. If we end up needing to, I imagine that the customer service will be as outstanding as the product they deliver.
