Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Datorama was used primarily within the marketing strategy department for internal use only at the time. Quick access dashboards for monitoring media performance were the primary focus rather than external, client-facing dashboards for reporting. The goal was to use Datorama as a nexus of information to better monitor our marketing efforts so we would efficiently be moving consumers down the purchase funnel.

I preferred Datorama over Tableau mostly for its increased ease of use and support teams. We switched from Tableau primarily for those reasons since any help can be greatly appreciated if you're the sole analyst in a company. It also allowed for easier sharing at the time of use. However, I have not used Tableau recently and know that many changes were made since I last used it.
