Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One
We use Demandbase One to identify leads who’ve engaged with our product enough to justify 1:1 outreach from our BD team. Marketing uses it to determine which accounts are still needing more marketing materials before engagement. We also use it to tier accounts by their engaged users and intent keywords.

Cons
- Lead scoring/minutes could be more clear & consistent
- Dashboard could be more intuitive for non-everyday users
- More/easier account list customization at the user level (not just admin)
- Better pre-meeting qualification
- Tracking event engagement for conversion
- ROI of sales enactment tools and events
We actually use in tandem. Except zoom info, which Demandbase One replaced. Seems more accurate w intent but we doesn’t have contact data built in
