Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools

DemandTools is a very helpful tool. We are using this tool to fetch matching records from SFDC. Besides this, we also use it to find duplicates and contacts from SFDC. The purpose of using this tool is that it gives us the desired output with which we can customize each and every field. It helps us to overcome the limitations of the inbuilt feature of SFDC.
  • Fetching duplicate records
  • Record reassignments
  • Lead processing
  • As per my experience, some fields in SFDC do not match with the same field in DeamandTools. For Example, Record ID in DemandTools is the same as the Casesafe ID in SFDC. But there is no matching field for Account ID present in DemandTools.
  • It has a positive impact on ROI. According to me, time is very important in every business. It saves lots of time from my team members, which reduces the manual effort of my teammates.
To fetch duplicate records and for lead conversion, it's really helpful. For me, I find it quite helpful. I can't say regarding less appropriate as I haven't face anything like that to date.
