Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy allows us to have a concise scheduling program that flows between all areas of our brewery. Whether production or front of house it affords my employees to manage their time and see their schedules in advance. The ability to geotrack logins allows the management team to see that offsite events are being attended by the right people who have been scheduled.

We started with a different service on the limited free version and quickly needed to add features to better track and manage payroll and scheduling. Deputy was more cost effective with more control and features that we could customize for our needs.

Very intuitive and straightforward interface and usability.
I have used Deputy with previous companies and the learning curve for management and staff is very minimal.
Deputy has been great for schedule management, but we have had to remove some employee access to the whole schedule as some employees were tracking others hours and complaining about hours worked. It would be great if we could select out certain employ to have limited access that was allocated by the management team.
