Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Our daycare and preschool has officially been using Deputy since August. It has taken a lot of guess work out of the equation since moving from Excel spreadsheets. It has made figuring out breaks and doing a months schedule at a time much easier. All of our teachers are on the platform.
  • Breaks.
  • Pre-planning.
  • Leave requests.
  • Editing the schedules (copy/paste/delete/etc.).
  • We use another system for timesheets, so being able to disable this fully on Deputy would be great.
  • Time saved.
  • Leave request management.

There's a learning curve to it and definitely requires some research. It is not impossible however to catch on. I am nervous about leaving the role of assigning shifts on Deputy to other admin though.
It has gone well, though I would like to be able to disable certain features that we do not use.
On a regular type of work site where people are in the same role the entire day, it is easy. However, when people move around to different areas on their shifts, there is not much movement in that regard.
