Pros
- Rostering simple enough

- follow up on unfinished time sheets with employee
Cons
- Ease of uploading awards

- ability to record expiry of employee required training
- it is simple to use for the managers, takes minimal time to do rosters
- its not so easy to use for reporting & budgeting, is only friendly to the IT or those with time
- I find it all a bit clunky to use for the purpose of awards etc
- Humanforce (formerly TimeTarget)
I used TimeTarget which was very simple for budgeting & forecasting, however Deputy is a lot more modern feel than using TT. I liked that TimeTarget I could record things like when RSA's are due for renewal & had the reminders when rostering staff, took care of all that follow up.
