Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy to manage scheduling and time clock use at two retail locations. The platform fits our needs very well, is user-friendly, and has an intuitive interface. Scheduling shifts is easy for our managers and we love that employees can swap shifts and cover one another without having to go through management. Approving timesheets is also a breeze and it's very easy to submit the timesheets to our finance team for payroll processing. I'm in charge of operations for our entire organization and I love having the ability to look at who's working in which location from the app on my smartphone. It allows for true visibility across our team and is super efficient for our needs. I highly recommend Deputy.

It's overall very intuitive for the end-user, but there is some admin functionality that is hard to find.
It was helpful to outline locations and staffing needs before starting to enter them into Deputy.
Slack, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Freedcamp
Deputy works great for retail, or other shift-based operations that have a reliable internet connection. We do use it in a location with no internet access, but it is cumbersome - which is understandable because it is cloud-based.
