Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Weekly scheduling of my restaurant staff and signing in and signing out with photo evidence help me authenticate my labor hours.

Pros

  • Publishing rosters with notifications sent to each and everyone.
  • staff can submit their availability via app no more calls and msgs to verify shifts.
  • Making roster is very intuitive.
  • staff management and labour hours management with crystal clear reporting.
  • Integration with my accounting software

Cons

  • weekend loadings are not recorded when I export approved timesheets to QuickBooks I have to do it manually after having all this advanced software.
  • definitely is provides payroll accuracy to higher extent.
  • integration with Tyro helped me analyze my labor cost and helped me manage it well.
  • software is very much self-explanatory doesn't take much to understand for new employees.
the very intuitive feature makes rostering process very fast.

very easy-to-use software with self-explanatory features.
implementation of deputy helped me look after my staff remotely.
It makes the process of rostering/scheduling staff very efficient and keeps a record of each event that happened in relation to the labor hours. I think it is a good trade-off of paying the deputy fee if I am saving significant hours of labor by managing labor hours efficiently. I think deputy is worth considering if the staff volume is more than 10 employees
