Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy to maintain employee schedules for 28 current retail locations, our farms, warehouse. Currently, we have 500 plus employee schedules to maintain.
  • Scheduling Meterics
  • User friendly
  • Timesheets
  • Functionality to turn some features on and off
  • I'd like a person of contact like we used to have to manage our account
  • When updates come out they seem to have glitches for a few weeks before things turn back to normal
  • Deputy stalls out some what frequently
  • Being able to print out an open shift list would be ideal
  • Having more room to document on employee profile like exact desired hours they like.
Deputy is scheduling-based. If you are looking for a HIRIS system to have everything under one umbrella it is difficult as most platforms are not geared towards scheduling and are as basic as an excel sheet. If looking for an all-in-one system make sure to see if Deputy can be integrated into any of your systems to provide your company with a scheduling platform that will fit your needs.

Upper management and employees can use this system without a lot of hands-on guidance.
I was lucky and they basically implemented everything for me!!
Deputy is a scheduling platform that is user-friendly for the admin side and the employee experience. We have grown from 168 employees to over 500 and it has [met] our needs with this growth. I would love to utilize the scheduling [metrics] more but it doesn't integrate with our POS system. If this capability worked for us we would save a lot in labor costs! I also enjoy that labor laws are incorporated as we move into other states that we are not familiar with.
