Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We began using Deputy to eliminate paper schedules. But we have found it to be so much more. It is easy for associates to offer a shift to another associate and put in time-off requests. I love the ability to send messages via the news feed and [ask] for confirmation of the message being read. The ability to copy shifts to the following week is a real-time saver too! Love this technology!
- Ease of clocking in / out for associates
- Copy schedules from week to week
- News feed to share info
- Easy for associates to request time off
- I would like it if it just gave you an alert if a person is scheduled for too many hours. Vs now deletes the schedule when you copy the schedule.
I do not remember the other tools I looked at when choosing Deputy. But I do know that it offered the most features for the most reasonable cost. And it helped to eliminate the headaches I was having with the use of paper schedules. I had too many instances of “I didn’t realize I was scheduled” excuses.
Do you think Deputy delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with Deputy's feature set?
Did Deputy live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of Deputy go as expected?
Would you buy Deputy again?
The implementation was super easy. It was no problem for our associates to download the app and use the tool.
It is appropriate for many sizes of companies. It is inexpensive and eliminates paper schedules. It also reminds associates of an upcoming shift - to eliminate the “I forgot I was scheduled “ excuse! The ease of tracking time-off requests is great! And you can manage multiple locations in one tool too!
