Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We began using Deputy to eliminate paper schedules. But we have found it to be so much more. It is easy for associates to offer a shift to another associate and put in time-off requests. I love the ability to send messages via the news feed and [ask] for confirmation of the message being read. The ability to copy shifts to the following week is a real-time saver too! Love this technology!

- I would like it if it just gave you an alert if a person is scheduled for too many hours. Vs now deletes the schedule when you copy the schedule.

- Makes projecting payroll easy
I do not remember the other tools I looked at when choosing Deputy. But I do know that it offered the most features for the most reasonable cost. And it helped to eliminate the headaches I was having with the use of paper schedules. I had too many instances of “I didn’t realize I was scheduled” excuses.
