Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use Deputy to streamline our rostering and employee onboarding system as well as all HR and payroll activities. Prior to using Deputy, we used 3-4 different programs for this, which was very costly and frustrating. Using Deputy has enabled us to have an all in one program that is easy to use and is a lot less stressful for us.

Unlike Clockify, Deputy offers an all one program from rostering and approving timesheets to payroll and HR admin. It has really helped our company keep everything in the one place and save on costs having multiple programs and software. Our staff is much happier using Deputy as they can track their timesheets at their fingertips which was a big problem for us with Clockify.

Deputy is an all-in-one software from HR admin, to rostering staff and payroll systems. It has really helped our company streamline our rostering and staff onboarding process as well as payroll. It has saved us around 10 hours a month just by utilising Deputy's features. Using Deputy has been able to give us more time to focus on more important areas of the business.
The training videos were very helpful, and the chatbox on the dashboard is a real time saver. Most of the items I'm looking for are just FAQs and I can get the answer to my problems instantly! It was super easy to set up with no stress at all!
Deputy has enabled us to streamline our HR processes, such as rostering, payroll, and employee onboarding, all in one place. This has enabled our company to focus on much more important areas of the business such as our clients and current projects. We can track who is on shift easily with Deputy and the location of them starting their shift.
