Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
I use Deputy for rostering and timesheets. Previously employees had to write their times down on a hardcopy timesheet. Using Deputy allows staff to access roster and timesheet from anywhere and means I do not have to store hardcopy timesheets, etc.
- Schedules are easy to read.
- Able to easily differentiate between staff e.g. Clinical and Reception.
- Timesheets are easily confirmed and approved.
- I haven't previously used online rosters or timesheets so hard to compare. However, I find it can be quite clunky... approving leave is a bit of a process.
- Ideally, when logging on to Deputy the current schedule and timesheet would be displayed. It seems I always have to change the date fields to align with the current date.
- Definitely saved at least an hour per week.
- Instead of double-checking manual calculations of timesheets, I simply check the timesheets in Deputy just once!
- It is good to have an electronic record.
