Overall Satisfaction with DiscoverOrg

I use it everyday to learn about individuals, their roles and the technology they use. I also use it to augment my Rolodex.
  • Fills in the gaps to org charts
  • Helps understand technologies in place
  • Sends alerts about current events and news for organizations and people I am interested about. This can be incredibly effective when trying to get the attention of a busy exec.
  • Setting up alerts is confusing
  • RainKing
DiscoverOrg is more user friendly, and seems to have as good if not better customer info.
I could use some help on getting better results out of my reporting.
