Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign

We currently use DocuSign to approve contracts and agreements between the firm's IT our vendors. It is being used by one department but we are looking at rolling the product out to the firm. DocuSign allows people to quickly set up documents on the go for e-signature. The signing process is completely electronic and it makes it easy for people who are on the go to sign.

We have looked at RMail. I think DocuSign has made it even easier to import documents with their DocuSign print driver that auto-prints to their page. This allows for a smooth transition. I also prefer DocuSign's document management system.
DocuSign is well suited for signing documents on the go, legal contracts, and secretaries setting up documents for attorneys to sign. It is less appropriate for notaries.
