Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
DocuSign is used by our sales and operations team. We use it for both internal and external contract signing. We have been very satisfied with the web and mobile usage.
- Easy to upload documents.
- It's easy to use via a mobile app.
- It's easy to save and share documents once signed, or when needed to be signed.
- Sometimes it's slow to load.
- The format can be a bit skewed at times.
- Some docs are hard to upload.
- It's easy to sign off on contracts with clientele.
- We use the mobile app a lot so we can get signatures on the go.
- When quick requests for projects come in and we're on the go, we can handle everything from our phones.
The only other signing tool we've ever used has been Proposify. I will say that Proposify has a nice format and lets you customize more in-depth than DocuSign. DocuSign seems more basic, and Proposify is more customizable, especially with our contracts, as we're in the creative space. DocuSign is cut and dry.
