Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign
I use DocuSign mainly for real estate contract signatures but it has come in handy for other needs. It has been a big time saver from having to drive around to get documents signed.
- Ability to use a good phone app
- Cloud storage of completed documents is handy
- Easy to follow, website is not cluttered
- Editing documents is cumbersome at times.
- There are competitors with better pricing.
- Gets hung up on occasion.
- Doesn't integrate with our real estate software like other platforms do.
- We save a lot of time using it. My volume of business increased 20-30% the first year I did because there was less driving to get signatures.
- We save money by not having to drive so much to get signatures
- Templates can be a little finicky so the process of tagging signatures might seem tedious.
DigiSign seemed a little no-frills to me, one of our offices offers it to their agents for free as part of a package platform. I stuck with DocuSign. Right Signature seemed like it cost too much when we were pitched the product. EchoSign is super clunky to me, some of our vendors use it. Same with DigitalInk, but DigitalInk is used by our main software provider (ZipForms) so the integration would be a benefit
