Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox is an excellent cloud-based file share system. We use this internally within our team and it comes in handy, especially since we don’t need a VPN connection to access these files! I can literally access any file I’m working on from my desktop, to my laptop at home, or even from my iPhone with my login credentials. All of the files we save within Dropbox are secure and encrypted so we have peace of mind that our files are safe!

Cons

  • File syncing can sometimes be delayed
  • If two people are in a file at the same time, there isn't a notification
  • File space
  • Faster team file sharing
  • Quick turnaround time within the team
  • Better teamwork, positive moral
Very appropriate for a smaller team, a large team could have issues with file syncing.

Using Dropbox

Overall, the team is very happy with Dropbox. We are able to upload and edit files wherever we may be, which is great if we are at conferences or on business trips. I definitely see us renewing in the future.

I can add and add a tin files large files and Dropbox is still working great!
Always works as it should!
