Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox primarily for its file-sharing capabilities. We all need to have access to files that can be updated quickly and readily so that they may be accessed by our field technicians. All of our employees use this on a daily basis and access it from both the desktop and mobile applications.
Pros
- Shares our SOP's across the company.
- Shares our current project list with all managers.
- It is user friendly.
Cons
- When using the applications from my desktop, if two people are in the same document, there will be conflicted copies. It would be nice if the updates occurred in real-time and were immediately updated for all users.
- It can be a little slow at times.
- When your hard drive does not have enough space, the shared files won't update. It also does not notify you that the files are unable to update.

We use both programs for our business. Teams are more real-time and are mainly used by our management team. Dropbox is used by our entire team and seems to give easier access to our field technicians. It is much easier to access by mobile devices and is preferred by our field team.
