Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox to store all my documents so that I can access them from anywhere. I especially love that I can access the same documents on my Windows laptop as well as my iPhone. It allows everyone to share the same document instead of having multiple versions of the same document floating around on different computers.

Storing documents securely.
Communicating when documents have been deleted.
Allowing document access on multiple different types of devices.

Cons

Being able to send a PDF document through FB messenger instead of just the link to a document.

Apple iCloud and Google Drive

We prefer Dropbox to iCloud or Google Drive because it's more user-friendly and more versatile.
