Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use this to communicate new creatives from our creative to, to our operations, then showed to our clients to review the creative.
Pros
- shares files to clients pretty easily
- uploading files and sharing with others
Cons
- as the owner of the company, i find it difficult to see who actually needs an account internally to share creatives with clients. for example, it seems like my sales team need drobox just to do something simple in order to help my team but the need a subscription when they do not really use it but just to view info.
- setting up new individuals and organization of set up
- i wouldnt say it provides us an ROI but more so to keep company files organized
- connecting with hello sign helps with us storing agreements
- I think support needs to be better. I am tired of being sent articles, reading articles and then still having issuse. I just want to talk to someone to walk me through so i can do things quicker and not spend ours learning outdated or wrong info or something that doesnt apply to my issue.
file organization and sharing is easier. I love being able to send a link.
