Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Dropbox to share pictures and submittals for current projects as well as documenting pictures for quoting purposes of the customers. Good features that we use with drop box is instant upload on pictures that are taken on site that do not go on to the phone memory and thus save future headaches in deleting unnecessary photos from our devices.

I have selected Dropbox because whenever I try to share content with someone that is outside of my organization i have problems with it. It simply does not share as efficient and as simple as Dropbox does. For me Dropbox is a go because i can simply share the contents of one folder.

For what I use Dropbox for i find it quote useful. As Ive mentioned earlier, whenever I go on an estimate i create a folder and take pictures for the particular project which are after the fact available to my whole team. I also do the same for ongoing projects. Also I do share big files with architects through Dropbox.
