Dropbox - Functional, Synchronized, Centralized!

I use it to store documents and share them with my team. We also use it to collaborate on projects together and as a means for us to work remotely. It is very effective, particularly the desktop version which updates once we are back online and allows us to work and access files even when not connected necessarily to the internet (while on business trips for instance).
