We use Dropbox to store product information, graphic assets, planning documents, and much more. Depending on the item it will be for internal or external usage. Whether it's collaborative projects, or sensitize information, it's been great at allowing us to share documents or protect our information. It's very intuitive, and allows for a lot of customization.
