Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox allows us to store and share company information. When you find the item you are looking for it's great. I find it very challenging to find the files. It could be more of an internal filing challenge and not the functionality of Dropbox. Furthermore, I use a MAC and when I search for a file, it pulls up everything on my MAC even though I think I'm using the Dropbox search tool.

- Transfers large files easily
- Frees up storage on my desktop

- Better search options
- Better training videos on how to use
- Dropbox tips and tricks as product is updated
- I'm not involved in ROI
- I don't have access to numbers
